Founded on Expertise
PEAK’s roots date back to 1998, founded by John Gross and built on a commitment to delivering high-quality exterior solutions with precision and integrity. Over the next decade, that foundation evolved into hands-on experience in installation, project management and large-scale exterior renovations across major Canadian markets.
Entering Insurance Restoration
In 2010, PEAK was selected by a national insurance provider to support a growing volume of hail and wind damage claims in Calgary.
What began as a single partnership quickly expanded—driven by performance, reliability, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-pressure restoration projects with consistency and care.
This moment marked the beginning of what is now PEAK Services.
